4. Third-Party Advertising Budget

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or YouTube are separate from our service fees. PriAnova Global cannot refund amounts that have already been spent or charged by third-party advertising platforms.

5. Service Pause or Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to pause or discontinue a service after work has started, the amount already paid may not be refundable for the completed work or committed resources.

6. Failed or Delayed Results

Digital marketing results can vary depending on several factors. Refunds will not be provided solely because a campaign does not achieve a specific number of leads, sales, followers, reach, traffic, or other expected results.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method within a reasonable period.
